KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide clear tour briefings before departure
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking of boats or vehicles
- Manage tour group sizes and ensure schedules are followed
- Monitor weather and sea conditions and report any concerns to management
- Ensure all required permits, tickets, and documents are in order
- Collect guest feedback and report service improvements to management
- Promote and upsell hotel-approved tours and excursions
- Coordinate with boat crew, drivers, and external vendors when required
- Enforce safety rules and emergency procedures at all times
- Provide first response assistance in case of minor guest injuries (as trained)
- Support sustainability and environmental protection initiatives
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of local culture, history, geography, and attractions
- Understanding of hospitality service standards and guest expectations
- Awareness of safety procedures, emergency protocols, and risk management
- Knowledge of environmental protection and sustainable tourism practices
- Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
