Position:
Associate / Fullstack Developer
We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our IT Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining internal software systems, supporting both manufacturing and business operations through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust backend and frontend applications using C# and .NET frameworks
- Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
- Manage and optimize databases (MSSQL & OracleDB) with complex queries and performance tuning
- Develop Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and custom reporting tools
- Support and customize ERP systems (SAP/IFS) aligned with business workflows
- Ensure smooth IT operations and system availability
- Identify and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
- Experience in React Native and/or Flutter for mobile application development
- Advanced knowledge of MSSQL and OracleDB (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools
- Familiarity with SAP or IFS ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
