We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:
STORE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all daily store operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement and production departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Supervise and guide store staff to ensure efficient and accurate store operations.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuing of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and enforce safety, security, and operational procedures within the store.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Professional qualification in Stores / Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Age between 35 - 45 years
- Living close to Katunayake will be an added advantage
