Candidates Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/HND qualification in Business Management.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- Sound working knowledge in MS Office packages.
- A positive and empathetic attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The ability to work on Saturday or Sunday is compulsory.
