Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements
  • Set sales goals and implement effective sales strategies
  • Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and BOQs
  • Achieve monthly sales targets • Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate engineering projects, services, and sales activities, especially related to industrial water pumps
  • Provide technical support, resolve issues, and attend breakdowns when required
  • Coordinate and monitor external contractors and in-house technicians
  • Ensure compliance and operational standards across projects, services, and sales activities
  • Update project, service, and sales activity status reports to the immediate supervisor
  • Promote newly identified products and solutions related to the industry

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing (Diploma will be an added advantage)
  • Higher National Diploma in Engineering will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
  • Strong technical and client communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Valid driving/riding license
