KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and develop Parenteral Nutrition brands across government and private hospitals Pan Sri Lanka to achieve sales targets.
- Increase product awareness within ICU, Ward, and Theatre set-ups through regular hospital visits and scientific detailing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals including Nutritionists, Intensivists, Surgeons, and Oncologists.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and implement promotional strategies to maximize market growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably handling IV products.
- Prior experience working with Government and Private Hospital Ward, ICU, and Theatre set-ups will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to specialties such as Nutritionists, Dieticians, Anesthetists, Intensivists, Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons, General Surgeons, Gastro Surgeons, and Neonatologists is preferred.
- A full or part qualification in Marketing Management would be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should be based in Colombo and willing to travel island-wide (Pan Sri Lanka).
