We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as Cost Controller in Uga Bay, Pasikuda. This hands-on role involves monitoring operational costs, verifying inventory usage, and maintaining accurate cost records to support overall efficiency.
You will play a key role in optimizing cost control processes, ensuring that all resources and expenditures are tracked accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational standards. Your effective cost oversight will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and reinforce our identity as a brand that redefines Sri Lankan luxury hospitality.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar role.
- Should be proficient in cost control procedures, including inventory tracking, documentation, and related financial processes.
- Previous experience in a luxury resort or boutique hotel is a definite advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance, or part qualification from a recognized professional accountancy body.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth store operations.
- A positive mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Should process strong communication skills and decision-making skills.
