SALES EXECUTIVES (TELESALES) — REFRIGERATION OR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE
Join our growing team and be part of a leading UK commercial refrigeration company.
We are looking for motivated telesales professionals with refrigeration or related industry experience to handle customer enquiries, generate sales leads and support our UK operations from our Colombo office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products and solutions
- Prepare and send quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Work closely with the UK sales and service teams
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or customer service
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, engineering or related industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target driven and able to work in a team environment
