KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Create marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in machinery, logistics, or transport industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Age between 22–32.
- Close proximity in the Biyagama area will be an advantage.
