Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Operations
    • Handle day-to-day office administration, operational documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain records, files, and institutional documentation
    • Coordinate internal communications and correspondence
    • Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and notices
    • Manage office events, maintenance, supplies, and resources.
    • Assist with document filing and updates
    • Coordination and follow-up with the digital marketing team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pass GCE A/L Examination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle operational matters effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, build positive relationships with others
