Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations
- Handle day-to-day office administration, operational documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records, files, and institutional documentation
- Coordinate internal communications and correspondence
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and notices
- Manage office events, maintenance, supplies, and resources.
- Assist with document filing and updates
- Coordination and follow-up with the digital marketing team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Pass GCE A/L Examination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with efficient data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and handle operational matters effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, build positive relationships with others
