Agriculture and Microfinance Business Development Associate (Fixed Term Contract)
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic young individuals who are residing in Ambalantota, Anuradhapura, Balangoda, Deiyandara, Delgoda, Digana, Ehiliaygoda, Embilipitiya, Galle, Gampha, Hettipola, Karapitiya, Katana, Kilinochchi, Kirindiwela, Kodikamam, Koggala, Kuruwita, Mahiyanga, Matara, Minuwangoda, Mirigama, Negombo, Nuwara Eliya, Palavi, Pelmadulla, Puttalam, Ruwanwella, Tangalle, Weligama, Welimada, Weyangoda and Yatiyantota.
JOB PROFILE
- Identify agriculture and micro entrepreneurs assigned branches out reach and lead them to branches to provide bank services
- Develop and implement strategies to identify potential micro entrepreneur of groups, community based organizations and link them with the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members of public and private all sectors organization
- Under collaboration conduct sustainable eyecnic capacity building activities to identified entrepreneurs
- Make financial inclusion initiatives with proper evaluation
- Provide assistance to the branches to maintain quality loan portfolios
APPLICANT'S PROFILE
- Age should be below 25 years
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level in one sitting with "C" passes for Mathematics and English
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Agriculture Diploma from an institute recognized by the Ministry of Education or experience in a similar capacity in a licensed financial institution will be an added advantage
- Should have a motorbike and a valid driving license
