- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Age between 30 – 40 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of production planning and process improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily production operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Manage manpower, productivity, and process efficiency
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
