Microbiologist
We are an established and reputed company engaged in manufacturing & marketing of pharmaceutical products for the state and private sector. With the expansion of our business, we are seeking young, dynamic & proactive professional to join hands for the above position with our Laboratory team based in Piliyandala manufacturing plant.
The incumbent will be responsible for,
- Analysis of raw materials, finished products and packing materials for microbiological purity.
- Monitoring manufacturing environment for microbiological industry standards.
- Reporting & documentation of test results on timely and accurately whilst providing microbiological inputs to the head of department when required.
- Liaising with cross functional teams for achieving company goals.
Qualifications & Experiences
- B. Sc. Degree in Biological Science with Microbiology as a subject. Post graduate degree in microbiological science is preferred.
- Previous experience in similar capacity from food / pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
- Good command in English and computer literacy are prerequisites for the position.
- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude below 32 years of age.
