We are looking for a dynamic Senior Insurance Executive to ensure smooth underwriting operations and support our business growth.
What you bring
- Degree or Diploma in insurance, Business management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Underwriting or insurance operations will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the similar role.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
What you do
- Ensure smooth functioning of the underwriting unit and follow all governance guidelines.
- Provide timely management information and maintain service standards.
- Achieve allocated GWP targets while managing loss ratios.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships with marketing channels.
- Support and guide the underwriting team, including on-the-job training and people development.
