We are immediately recruiting self-motivated, people-oriented, result-oriented, target-oriented and dedicated individuals for the following positions in our expanding branch network in the following towns and cities.

Branch Managers (Full Time)

The ideal candidates will manage respective branches and Sales Teams. They will take initiatives to generate and engage with potential investors to bring new business for the company. They will be highly focused, possess strong interpersonal skills, have effective communication skills, demonstrate strong leadership, client handling and customer care skills, and exhibit professional phone etiquette. Being familiar with the internet and social media will be an added advantage. They should have strong presentation skills and the ability to close sales successfully. They should be able to think smartly and critically when making approaches, plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular sales strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a Branch, Recruit, Train and Build a Branch Staff and Sales Teams, Inspire, Motivate, Lead and Manage Sales Teams, Be Responsible for Achieving the Branch's Sales Targets, Performance and Administration, Maintain Existing Businesses and Identify New Business Opportunities, Develop New Business Relationships and New Business Prospects, Help the growth of the business and help the company’s expansion

Skills and Strengths

  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
  • Strong Sales and Marketing Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Positive, Friendly and Professional Approach
  • Presentation, Convincing and Sales Closing Skills
  • Communication Skills (Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an advantage)
  • IT and ICT proficiency, including social media skills, will be an added advantage
  • Be a Quick Learner

Experiences and Qualifications

  • 2 Years of Experience as a Branch Manager (Preferably in the Banking, Finance or Insurance Sector)
  • 5 years of prior experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance or Plantation would be an advantage
  • Be Focused, Be Target Oriented and Be Result Oriented
  • Strong People Management, Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills
  • O/L or A/L Qualifications
  • A Degree or equivalent experience would be an advantage
