JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN
ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE (PRIVATE LABEL & IMPORTS)
Location: SPAR SL (PRIVATE) LIMITED
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage product specifications, labelling, and packaging approvals.
- Conduct supplier audits and monitor compliance with HACCP, GMP, SLAS, and ISO standards.
- Coordinate product testing, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Support new product launches and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to work closely with suppliers and authorities.
