Security Systems Management Coordinator (6 Months Contract)
Dialog Axiata PLC, part of Axiata Group Berhad, is Sri Lanka's leading connectivity provider across mobile, pay TV, broadband, and international services. With strong presence in digital, financial, and IT services, the company serves over 20 million customers nationwide. We are seeking a Security Systems Management Coordinator on a 6-month contract within Group Facilities Management. This role ensures all smart security systems are effectively managed, fully operational 24/7, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
The selected candidates will be responsible for
- Administer and manage security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Parking, Visitor Management, e-work permit, e-gate pass, and other smart features).
- Ensure systems are updated, maintained, and aligned with data privacy and information security standards.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests with Group IT and service providers.
- Monitor system performance, enforce contracts, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Manage system faults, escalate risks, and implement mitigatory actions promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for new implementations and fault rectifications.
- Support procurement processes and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate inventories, records, and databases related to security systems.
- Ensure compliance with institutional standards (ISO, ISMS, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy).
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Credit pass in English, Mathematics & Science (GCE O/L).
- NVQ Level 6 (IT/Electronic/Telecommunications) or a degree in a relevant field.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel.
- Minimum 2 years in IT/Technology-related field with IT system management & networking experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
