SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary proceedings
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with labour law
  • Maintain accurate HR data, generate management reports, and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive organisational culture
  • Liaise with government and regulator' bodies on employment and labour matters

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or partly qualified in CIPM
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka labour law and employment regulations
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Candidates residing in or around Ragama, Kandana, Ja-Ela, Wattala, and Kadawatha are preferred.
