Prepare electrical design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation in line with project specifications and applicable codes and standards.
Generate accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD, ZWCAD, or Revit, blending technical detail with visual clarity.
Develop detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for the complete range of electrical systems including, Power distribution systems, Lighting layouts, small power systems, Fire alarm and detection systems, Earthing and lightning protection, ELV systems (structured cabling, CCTV, access control, etc.).
Create schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, load schedules, panel board layouts, and cable routing plans based on engineering inputs.
Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and clash-resolutions sections for seamless integration with MEP systems.
Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate coordination and smooth execution across all design stages.
Assist in resolving design-related site issues and update as-built drawings as per construction changes.

Diploma / Higher Diploma in relevant field.
3–5 years of proven experience in electrical drafting for MEP services, preferably in resort, commercial, or high-rise projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; working knowledge of Revit, ZWCAD, or other 3D/BIM tools is a distinct advantage.
Solid understanding of building services design principles, electrical codes, and coordination techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications accurately.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Capable of working independently or within a team under tight project deadlines.
