JOB ROLE :
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate employee mobilization and demobilization for overseas projects.
- Handle expatriate administration, including onboarding and assignment support.
- Manage visa and work permit processing, renewals, cancellations, and tracking.
- Organize local and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation (personal files, contracts, compliance records).
- Ensure HR regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage employee welfare activities (accommodation, food, transport, facilities).
- Support medical insurance administration and employee queries.
- Coordinate basic health & safety requirements (medical checks, inductions, site compliance)
Requirement :
- Fully or Partly Qualified in Business Management, Human Resource or related filed.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resource Management.
- Should Passed G.C.E A/L.
- Sound Verbal & written communication skill in both English and Sinhala.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
