Business Development Manager – Industrial Air Conditioning

About Us

NativeWay, a leading provider of air conditioning solutions and engineering services operating across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Maldives, invites applications for a Business Development Manager to lead our Industrial Air Conditioning business.

The Role Drive sales and project acquisition for VRF, chiller, and central air conditioning systems. Engage with consultants, main contractors, developers, and facility owners across commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong project pipeline through consultant and contractor engagement
  • Lead technical-commercial proposals, BOQ pricing, and tender submissions
  • Liaise with principals and ensure compliance with design specifications and local standards
  • Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in air conditioning or HVAC sales
  • Strong working knowledge of VRF, chiller, and central air conditioning systems
  • Experience with a similar air conditioning or HVAC company is a strong advantage
  • Established consultant and contractor network in Sri Lanka
  • Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills
  • Valid driving licence
