Location: Ekala, JaEla.
Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute operational plans to meet goals and production targets.
- Lead and guide a team of employees, offering support and training as needed.
- Manage labor resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise quality control processes to meet industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to track performance and find areas for enhancement.
- Promote a positive work environment and maintain open communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 2+ years in a similar role, with strong ability to work independently and labor handling.
- Computer Literate (MS Office and ERP Systems)
- Strong understanding of quality control systems and audit standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, labor laws and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle changing business needs and work under pressure.
