JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - IMPORT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily bank visits for document submission and collection.
- Manage shipping documentation, including shipping guarantees, THs, cancellations, and LC file maintenance.
- Coordinate with clearing agents, freight providers, and shipping lines for documentation and handovers.
- Liaise with BOI, Customs, IMEX, and insurers for approvals, submissions, and FOB shipment documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING?
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain and a minimum of 1 year experience in imports/logistics within the apparel or non-apparel industry. They possess strong knowledge of the CUSDEC system, BOI guidelines, and customs formalities, along with the ability to manage documentation and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Having private transport (Motor Bike) with a valid driving license is essential to support frequent external visits and operational needs.
