Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.
Job Profile
- Directing activities related to transportation vehicles and Overall administration.
- Planning, Organizing and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company standards.
- Directing the outsource security staff of the company.
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
- Be responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards of the country relating to transport vehicles.
- Overlook and manage all transport operations (major responsibility), security, cleaning and public relations functions.
Personal Profile
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in managerial Capacity.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Well conversant in MS office packages.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Should possess excellent knowledge in motor mechanics or a recognized qualification in motor mechanics.
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication in English.
