Intern - HR
Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina. We are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for the best potential candidate to join our team.
Job Profile
- Support Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities. Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records and employee databases.
- Assist with onboarding and employee joining formalities.
- Support training and development coordination activities.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Support attendance, leave and HR documentation processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support for overall HR operations.
Personal Profile
- Final year undergraduate in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related field and/or following professional qualification in the relevant field.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
