LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (MALE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing team and support the company’s logistics and supply chain operations across all business segments. nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics and import operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements. n
- Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transport providers to ensure smooth and timely operations. n
- Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics and import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and customs-related documents. n
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery while resolving delays or operational issues efficiently. n
- Maintain accurate logistics records and provide regular operational and shipment status updates to management. n
- Coordinate warehouse and inventory movements while ensuring proper stock handling and delivery schedules. n
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company procedures, and logistics standards. n
- Support cost-effective logistics planning and optimize supply chain efficiency. n
Candidate Profile

- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. n
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain, or freight coordination. n
- Sound knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and clearance processes. n
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. n
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or logistics systems will be an added advantage. n
- Ability to work on Saturdays (half day). n
- Possess a valid vehicle driving license. n
- Accounting knowledge will be considered an added advantage. n
