THE JOB

    n
  • Prepare accurate, timely solar PV quotations and track their progress.
  • n
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide sales reps with cost details and clarifications.
  • n
  • Manage incoming sales leads and professionally handle customer inquiries.
  • n
  • Act as the bridge for the sales team, ensuring seamless internal communication.
  • n
  • Prepare sales agreements, official correspondence, and maintain proper files.
  • n
  • Ensure all pricing aligns with company policies and handle ad-hoc tasks from management.
  • n
  • Experience in the renewable energy/solar sector (preferred).
  • n
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • n

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing
  • n
  • 1-2 years of experience in coordination and documentation roles.
  • n
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good command of relevant languages.

  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
