R&D EXECUTIVE (SRI LANKA)
The role
- Conduct lab tests to support new product development.
- Operate and maintain standard lab equipment.
- Ensure lab is well-stocked and organized.
- Support field trials and product evaluations.
- Assist with lab housekeeping and HSE audits.
- Handle color sample prep and manage complaints.
- Manage and validate color formulas
- Carry out assigned lab work following safety protocols.
- Support plant trials and formulation adjustments.
- Investigate product complaints and recommend solutions.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
- Knowledge of laboratory practices and experience handling lab equipment
- Familiarity with color formulation tools is an added advantage
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in lab settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain detailed records
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
