Junior Executive – Human Resources

Role Brief

The ideal candidate will support HR operations, contribute to employee life cycle management, benefit and welfare administration, employee engagement, industrial relations and HRIS management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Competencies

  • Diploma in HRM from CIPM or any other recognized institute
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in HRM. Candidates with internship in HR function will be considered
  • Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to converse fluently in English
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office 365 and HRIS is a prerequisite
  • Eenergetic team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Professional membership in a recognized institute will be considered an added advantage

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Assist in employee life cycle management activities whilst maintaining accurate employee records
  • Manage employee benefit programmes and welfare initiatives
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities
  • Support the manager on handling industrial relation activities complying with the labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system, coordinating with the HRIS support team to troubleshoot issues and implement new functionalities
