Officer - Production
Department : Manufacturing
Location : Moratuwa
Job Summary :
- Supervise daily shop floor production and packing activities to meet quality, safety, SOP, and production targets
- Assign daily tasks and manage workforce productivity, discipline, attendance, and manpower utilization
- Monitor machine usage, process adherence, tool control, and overall operational efficiency
- Coordinate with QC and HR teams to resolve BOM issues, quality gaps, and manpower requirements
- Execute and maintain accurate ERP production transactions, including month-end system closures
- Track and report key production KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, and losses
- Maintain documentation and ensure readiness for audits, traceability, and system compliance
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, QRI initiatives, and compliance with QMS, EMS, and H&S standards
Eligibility Criteria :
- Advance Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years manufacturing, or a similar field
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package and ERP systems
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
