SALES EXECUTIVE (SOLAR) – ISLANDWIDE (20 VACANCIES)
A rapidly growing company in Sri Lanka’s renewable energy sector is looking for energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executives to join its expanding sales team across the island. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and sustainable energy solutions.
Working Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What’s on Offer
- Basic Salary: LKR 60,000 + Performance-based commission (earning potential over LKR 100,000)
- Travelling Allowance: LKR 10,000 – 40,000 (Motorbike required)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and expand the customer base
- Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct site visits and client inspections in an organized and scheduled manner
Experience
- Minimum 06 months of proven experience in a Solar Sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional personality
Qualifications /
- Minimum GCE O/L and/or A/L
- Marketing certification will be an added advantage
- Male Person
- 20 – 50 years
Note: Managerial-level candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant Solar Sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
