DIGITAL LEARNING CONTENT CREATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop engaging digital learning content and internal communication materials
- Create videos, animations, e-learning modules, and multimedia learning resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to transform technical knowledge into learner-friendly content
- Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, and optimization
- Support employer branding and employee development initiatives
- Monitor learner engagement and continuously improve content effectiveness
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital content creation or e-learning
- Qualification in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Experience with LMS platforms, AI tools, and digital content software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, or similar tools
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and communication skills
- Video editing, animation, and multimedia skills will be an added advantage
