KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide L1 technical support
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Handle tickets, emails, Teams messages, and client requests

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or Computer Hardware
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous Help Desk experience will be an added advantage
