Key Responsibilities

  • As an Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Support and drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business and people strategy.
  • Design and implement HR process improvements, digitization, and change initiatives.
  • Lead HR projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking for

  • The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Proven experience in change management and HR project delivery.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong reporting and insight generation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience at Senior Executive level and willingness to commit for at least 2 years.
