Key Responsibilities
- As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support and drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business and people strategy.
- Design and implement HR process improvements, digitization, and change initiatives.
- Lead HR projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking for
- The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking capabilities.
- Proven experience in change management and HR project delivery.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- A data-driven mindset with strong reporting and insight generation skills.
- Minimum 3 years' experience at Senior Executive level and willingness to commit for at least 2 years.
