Embark on an enriching journey with Uga, where authenticity meets excellence in hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as Waiter in Uga Bay, Pasikuda. This hands-on role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the dining experience.
You will play a key role in F&B team, ensuring efficient and friendly service, supporting daily operations, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. From welcoming guests to ensuring every detail of their dining experience is flawless, your dedication will contribute to the exceptional service standards that define our luxury hospitality brand.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
- Ability to speak in English in a clear and concise manner.
- Must have a strong customer service mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Should be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
