Product Manager – Wealth Proposition
RPP: Wealth Management
You should ideally:
- have 8 years of executive experience with at least 5 years of exposure in wealth management, treasury distribution, affluent propositions or investment product roles
- possess a Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or an equivalent professional qualification (CISI UK, CFA, CIMA, etc.)
- have a strong track record in revenue delivery, client engagement and governance
- have knowledge of wealth products, suitability and risk profiling, and AUM analytics
- have knowledge of proposition design, digital enablement and governance
- be strong in relationship building, influencing and structured execution
- have strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
You will be mainly responsible for:
- driving revenue through cross-sell action plans with branches and Treasury while monitoring performance
- growing and optimizing AUM by identifying key clients, reviewing portfolios, and coordinating with Treasury on suitable offerings
- ensuring advisory quality through risk profiling, suitability checks, and maintaining proper documentation
- managing onboarding and service delivery by coordinating account opening, activation, timelines, and escalations
- driving marketing initiatives through campaigns, forums, webinars, and collaboration with Marketing
- enabling digital integration by ensuring product availability, testing workflows, and driving adoption
- improving processes and staff capability by training teams and refining workflows
- maintaining governance by developing manuals, conducting compliance reviews, and ensuring proper documentation
