Job Description
You should ideally:
- have 8 years of executive experience with at least 5 years of exposure in banking product management, liabilities, pricing or related areas
- possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- be strong in commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder management
- have knowledge of product lifecycle management, deposit pricing and portfolio analytics
- be aware of regulatory requirements and digital customer journeys
- possess strong communication, influencing skills and structured problem-solving ability
- be disciplined in execution with a customer-first mindset
You will be mainly responsible for:
- managing portfolio financial performance by optimizing pricing, campaigns and cost of funds, while reviewing performance with Finance and Treasury
- driving liability portfolio growth through segmented plans, optimizing tenure mix, and improving retention and rollovers
- enhancing product propositions by refreshing bundles, designing acquisition and retention journeys, and enabling cross-sell opportunities
- improving service delivery by simplifying processes, reducing turnaround time, minimizing manual work, and strengthening the customer journey
- driving digital adoption by expanding FD capabilities through digital channels and promoting e-statements and self-service
- improving customer satisfaction by acting on VOC insights and strengthening communication and transparency at maturity and rollover
- enabling staff performance by training teams on product features, pricing, objection handling, and compliance requirements
- maintaining compliance by ensuring adherence to KYC/AML, proper disclosures, pricing approvals, and governance requirements
