SENIOR EXECUTIVE – INBOUND SALES
Industry: Travel & Tourism
We are looking for a dynamic individual to handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful travel bookings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Promote Sri Lanka tour packages and services
- Prepare quotations and follow up on potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar job role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented
