The Role: As a Paraplanner, you'll collaborate with our expert Financial Planners, transforming data into tailored strategies by preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Statement of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
  • Understanding and meeting the required deadlines when submitting plans.
  • Conducting product research and financial modelling.
  • Assist Financial advisers in determining the best strategies.
  • Maintaining compliance and learning the relevant legislation and financial planning standards regulated by authorities such as ASIC and APRA.
  • Developing an understanding of financial planning process, client needs, software, investment and insurance products, etc.
  • Liaising with Financial Advisers and ensuring that the service provided is as per their requirements and the regulatory requirements.

Advice Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Support Staff. As a Financial Planning Support Staff, you will be playing a crucial role in assisting the financial planning team with various administrative and analytical tasks and supporting the Australian financial planners in providing top-notch financial advice and services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial planners in preparing for their client meetings, gathering necessary financial information, and presenting client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Handle administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial data, including statements, reports, and documents. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualification: Minimum 01 year experience in BPO industry/ Banking operations. Degree / Professional qualification related to Finance (CIMA and ACCA students who wish to get their practical training agreements signed are encouraged to apply).
