MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY SUPERVISOR
DPJ Holdings is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with over 25 years of operations. As a tech-driven organization, we are strengthening operational discipline across our Label Printing, Lottery Printing, and newly equipped Offset & Packaging divisions.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor to own day-to-day maintenance across our flexo presses, finishing lines, and new Heidelberg Anicolor offset section. You will manage daily PM checklists, control the spares store, maintain the live breakdown log, lead weekly Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and personally handle first-response fault diagnosis. This is a floor-level leadership role focused on improving equipment reliability. Reports to the Senior Engineering & Reliability Manager.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in the printing or packaging industry
- Flexo Strong practical experience with flexographic presses
- Pneumatics Good knowledge of pneumatics and air-system troubleshooting
- Methodical approach to Root Cause Analysis and permanent fault resolution
- Strong Proven ability to lead technicians and drive discipline on the shop floor
