GENERAL MANAGER / COO - MANUFACTURING
DPJ Holdings is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with over 25 years of operations. As a tech-driven organization, we are investing significantly in modernizing our manufacturing operations across Label Printing, Lottery Printing, and a newly equipped Offset & Packaging division.
THE ROLE:
We are appointing a General Manager / COO with full operational authority to lead and transform our manufacturing entity. You will be the single accountable leader across all production sections, with delegated authority on capex, hiring, vendor management, and operational discipline. You will report directly to the Chairman and play a key role in building the new Offset division and establishing robust management information systems and operational processes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership and driving sustainable improvement.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or a related industry
- Previous experience as General Manager, COO, Operations Director, or Plant Manager with full operational accountability
- Proven ability to lead multi-line manufacturing operations and drive process discipline
- Strong capability in building systems, improving operational visibility, and developing teams
- Experience in driving change and professionalizing traditional manufacturing environments will be highly valued
