We are looking for a dynamic, analytical and energetic individual who would fit into our culture as Executive - Human Resources

Requirements

  • Degree in HR from a recognized university or a degree in a related discipline with CQHRM / PQHRM from CIPM or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in HR, Administration and Employee Relations will be an added advantage.
  • A motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the hSenid HRIS system and Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Age below 32 years.

Job Role

  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and retention supporting initiatives to improve workforce stability.
  • Oversee administrative operations by coordinating transport, canteen, and security services to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and processing of employee gratuity payments and other terminal benefits in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation in HR and administrative activities to maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives and support the organization of company events, welfare programs, and HR activities.
