HR EXECUTIVE – RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Support talent development initiatives including employee training coordination, skill development tracking, and succession support.
- Support HR operations including employee documentation, attendance, and compliance processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and operational reports with accuracy.
- Ensure smooth coordination between head office and site operations while maintaining professional standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong interviewing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and operational tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portal platforms.
