HR EXECUTIVE – RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Support talent development initiatives including employee training coordination, skill development tracking, and succession support.
  • Support HR operations including employee documentation, attendance, and compliance processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and operational reports with accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between head office and site operations while maintaining professional standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong interviewing, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and operational tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portal platforms.
