YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs for plant machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and electrical faults
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Inspect motors, panels, wiring, and control systems
- Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Support installation and commissioning of machinery
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ/Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plant or factory machinery maintenance
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, PLC panels, and control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot production machinery and automation systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle breakdown situations effectively
- Candidates from Kerawalapitiya, Wattala, Kelaniya are encouraged to apply.
