HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE
A Day in the Life of the Role
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) systems and procedures to ensure consistent product quality across all operations.
- Manage Regulatory Affairs (RA) and ensure full compliance with applicable local and international standards.
- Oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring effective quality management across all operational scenarios.
- Maintain factory hygiene standards to uphold food safety requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure that all incoming raw materials and packaging materials meet established quality standards.
- Manage Quality & non-Quality costs.
What Helps You Succeed
- A B.Sc in natural science or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Quality Assurance role within the FMCG sector preferably in food manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
