PROCUREMENT OFFICER / TRAINEE PROCUREMENT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open Letters of Credit (LCs) for confirmed Proforma Invoices related to imports.
- Coordinate with Banks and Sri Lanka Customs on import-related matters.
- Handle purchasing activities based on samples and requirements provided by the Engineering Department.
- Perform import-related duties delegated by the Manager – Procurement as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- GCE O/L qualification with a Credit pass in Mathematics and GCE A/L qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate level qualification in IT and English will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement-related activities is preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- School leavers with GCE A/L qualifications and no prior work experience are also encouraged to apply.
