TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Executive supports the technical and production teams in development, sampling, and bulk production processes for cut-and-sew gloves. The role involves coordinating materials, monitoring quality, handling technical documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing technical documents, specifications, and production files.
- Support sample development, proto/sample coordination, and approval processes.
- Review glove patterns, measurements, and construction details.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, quality, suppliers, and customers on technical requirements and updates.
- Conduct inline and final quality inspections to ensure customer quality standards are met.
- Identify production defects and assist in implementing corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION — Diploma or Degree in Clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE — 1-3 years of experience in glove manufacturing, apparel manufacturing, or similar production environment. Experience in cut-and-sew operations is preferred.
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Basic knowledge of glove construction and sewing techniques.
- Understanding of materials, patterns, and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in CAD/CAM for pattern making.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of sports gloves, industrial gloves, or fashion gloves manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards and technical specifications.
- Experience working with international customers and sample development.
