GENERAL MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the company's strategic goals and business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and innovative solutions.
- Drive company growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Promote innovation in products, services, and internal processes.
- Support research, development, and implementation of new ideas.
- Ensure projects and operations are completed within deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor company financial performance and cost control measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support the integration of modern technology and digital tools.
- Promote company values, ethics, and professional standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and future-focused workplace culture.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 8-15 years of managerial experience, preferably in Construction and Food Products development, is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
- Strong financial management and budgeting knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
