Area Sales Manager

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, goal-driven, exceptional Area Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding market execution across designated territories.

As an integral part of our growing organization, you will be entrusted with building strong customer relationships, expanding retail reach, and unlocking new opportunities for brand presence and performance.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Territory Management — Ensure effective coverage, customer service, and sales operations in assigned regions.
  • Team Leadership — Guide and motivate sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Business Development — Drive growth by identifying new retail channels and expanding market presence.
  • Sales Execution — Oversee in-store visibility, product placement, and promotions in line with brand strategy.
  • Retail & Distributor Management — Maintain strong partnerships, manage inventories, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Market Intelligence — Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting — Provide accurate sales reports and projections for performance tracking and planning.
  • Compliance & Controls — Uphold company policies, credit procedures, and field sales standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity, with 4 years in the FMC or related sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with a passion for winning in the market
  • Sound analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
